Shipping policy

(1) Unless indicated otherwise in the respective product details, all items will be shipped within 1 business day upon reception of full payment. Delivery times vary depending on destination of shipment, ranging from 2-5 working days for orders within Germany to 2-3 weeks for international orders. 

(2) The risk of accidental destruction or accidental worsening of the purchased item will be assumed by New Models and cafol GmbH up to the point that the item has been delivered to its purchaser/ recipient or the purchaser/recipient has defaulted on accepting delivery.

(3) All items will be sent from the cafol GmbH warehouse in Leipzig, DE to the shipping address indicated by the purchaser. The purchaser/recipient will be responsible for any import duties required by the destination county for items incoming from Germany.

(4) The purchaser will be charged for any additional costs that accrue if the purchaser or the purchaser's designated recipient is not present at the indicated delivery address when the goods are delivered.
